Refund policy

1. Nature of the Products. The Beauty Crafts, operated by EZETADIGITAL SRLS (VAT/P.IVA 03030030187), sells digital products consisting of downloadable recipe collections, guides and related materials (the "Products"). All Products are delivered electronically and are made available for immediate access and download upon completion of purchase.

2. All Sales Are Final. Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that no refund, exchange or credit will be issued once the Product has been delivered, except as expressly set out in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

3. Consent to Immediate Access. By placing your order and accessing or downloading the Product, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal would otherwise apply, that right is waived upon the commencement of the download. You confirm that you understand you will lose any applicable "cooling-off" or withdrawal right once access to the Product begins.

4. Statutory Rights. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be lawfully waived. Where such rights apply and cannot be excluded, this Policy shall be read subject to them.

5. Technical Issues. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from downloading or accessing your Product (for example, a broken or non-functioning download link), please contact us within 14 days of purchase at thebeautycraftsdiy@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and ensure you receive access to the Product you purchased. Difficulty accessing a Product is resolved by providing access, not by a refund.

6. Discretionary Exceptions. In exceptional circumstances, and entirely at our sole discretion, we may choose to issue a refund or store credit. Any such exception is decided on a case-by-case basis, does not constitute a waiver of this Policy, and creates no obligation to grant similar requests in the future.

7. Chargebacks. If you have any concern about your purchase, we ask that you contact us first at thebeautycraftsdiy@gmail.com so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may be considered a breach of these terms.
