Shipping policy

Important — No Physical Shipment. All products sold by The Beauty Crafts are 100% digital. No physical item, package or product of any kind will ever be shipped, mailed or physically delivered to you. You will not receive anything by post or courier. Your purchase is delivered electronically only, as a digital download.

1. Digital Delivery Only. The Beauty Crafts, operated by EZETADIGITAL SRLS (VAT/P.IVA 03030030187), sells exclusively digital products (downloadable recipe collections, guides and related materials). Because nothing physical is sold, there are no shipping methods, no shipping fees, no tracking numbers and no delivery to any postal address.

2. How You Receive Your Products. Immediately after your purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, your Product is made available electronically — through an instant download link on the order confirmation page and/or via a link sent to the email address provided at checkout. This digital access is the only form of delivery.

3. Delivery Timing. Access is normally granted immediately upon successful payment. In rare cases, processing may take up to a few hours. If you have not received access or your confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

4. Correct Email Address. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, or spam filters. If you entered your email incorrectly, contact us and we will resend your Product to the correct address.
